This is how we do things here at The Greenville People:

1. Coffee’s on us—your first consultation is always free. In addition to good coffee, we also believe in meeting face-to-face, so if we can drive or fly to you, we will always attempt to meet you in person if possible. 

2. Let us ask some questions. You are experts in your business, and we’re going to lean on your mastery to understand exactly who your market is, what they’re looking for, and how your brand solves their problems. Expect one hour for this consultation. 

3. Give us 2-3 business days to digest what we’ve learned about your business, do some research on your competitors, and compose a data-driven strategy to help you reach your goals for your business. 

4. We’ll send a full Marketing Strategy and services quote. This is custom tailored to your business, exactly what you need to reach the goals we’ve discussed, and no more. We’re passionate about making sure you’re not paying for unnecessary services that are not helpful for your brand.

5. We sign a contract and start working together on some amazing marketing assets and projects per your customized Marketing Strategy! If you choose to have us work on a per-project basis, you will be charged a down payment, and then for the work on an hourly basis once completed. If you choose a monthly retainer, you will be charged a down payment and then invoiced monthly on the 1st of the month. 

6. We schedule monthly Zoom meetings or phone calls to touch base on your on-going projects, ad budgets, upcoming events, and anything else marketing!
