Here's how our design process works:

1. Consultation Phase
We’ll work collaboratively with you to determine your exact needs and work out whether we’re a good fit for your business.At the end of this stage, you’ll have a concrete idea of what we can deliver and what it’ll cost.
2. Branding and Design Phase
We’ll work with you to develop a Brand package, including Logos, graphics and Fonts to help build your businesses image.Once you sign off on these designs, we’ll start conceptualizing the building blocks for your website.
3. Website Drafting Phase
We’ll take your designs and start building out Brand templates for your new site. Generally we’ll build your Homepage first and once you love your new theme, we’ll build out the rest of the site with those concepts in mind.
4. Website Launch Phase
Once you sign off on the Website, we’ll build out the back-end, including essential security features, any Software/CRM integrations that need to be built in or transferred.

How we Quote

This is how we do it:

1. We will always consult for free first (coffee included), and then generally tailor each quote to your business needs to make sure you’re not paying for unnecessary features.

2. We’ll then offer you a fixed maximum price, i.e. this is the maximum we would charge for your project depending on the amount of changes required 

3. When our work is done, the final cost may come in a little under budget, but we won’t exceed the initial quote.

Pricing Structure

Refresh Package

  • These generally can cost as little as $1000 USD depending on the size of the website in question, and whether you would like a full rebranding package included. Our Logo/Branding package is a $500 optional extra for any project.

Full Design Package

  • This generally costs between $1500-$2000 for a small site, not including the Branding package. In terms of larger sites, the sky is the limit but as a rule of thumb we would generally add around $200 per page. The more pages in the initial site, the more we can lower that rate per page. 

Website Management Bundle

  • This is easier to estimate, generally starting at $300 per month (including Site Hosting).
  • CRM Hosting is an optional extra starting from $100 (run it yourself, with basic technical support on our end), to CRM Management starting from $200 per month (heavily variable based on work required).
  • You can always just pay for our Hosting and manage the site yourself as well ($30 per month flat rate).
  • We can tailor a package that suits your ongoing needs.
